Common Questions

Who can apply to E4?
Athletes from middle school through professional level. We work with football, track, basketball, and beyond. Our roster is selective, but our network is wide. If you are not a fit for representation today, we may have a path through The Brand Box or E4 Connect.
Do parents need to be involved?
For high school athletes, yes. Parents are part of every conversation. Branding, NIL, and recruiting are family decisions, and we treat them that way.
How does NIL work for HS athletes?
NIL rules for high school athletes vary by state. We help you understand what is allowed in your state, what to avoid, and how to start building brand value before college so you walk into the NIL market ready.
What does E4 charge?
Compensation depends on tier and deal structure. Some services are flat retainer, others are commission on deals we close. We are transparent in writing before any agreement is signed. The first call is free.
Where is E4 based?
E4 is based in Houston, Texas, and works with athletes nationwide. Most work happens by phone, video, and in-person at events, camps, and visits.
How long is the engagement?
Most representation agreements are annual with renewal. We are looking for long-term partners, not single-deal transactions. Legacy is a multi-year project.
