Nicole Mathews is a marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and athlete branding expert with over 20 years of experience in branding, business development, and consumer engagement. Having worked with thousands of brands and businesses throughout her career, Nicole brings a unique approach to athlete management by combining marketing strategy, recruiting support, NIL positioning, and long-term brand development under one ecosystem.
As Co-Founder of E4 Brand Management Group, Nicole focuses on helping athletes and families build visibility, structure, and opportunities that extend far beyond the game. Her vision for E4 was built around creating a more hands-on and relationship-driven experience for athletes navigating today’s evolving sports landscape.
